Overview of service tasks
Busy cars to the maximum need care from time to time. In this way, the system can plan the service of individual cars or specify a new problem for service personnel. Of course, everything can be attributed to a specific vehicle.
Generate transport documents
Orders, disbursements, receipts. This must be done today, like on wires, so as not to delay the process. Thus, in the information system, according to predetermined rules, these documents are generated so that everyone has them at their disposal in a timely manner.
Reports, reports
Important customer reports or an overview of how much and for how much fuel was consumed. The insights also help in making further business decisions.
Working to develop the system for Stebal was a complex challenge. The result is a solution that optimizes workflows and significantly reduces the possibility of errors.
In this project, we have verified that preparation is important for such a large system. A well-designed internal ERP can serve every employee in the company well, saving time and ultimately costs.
