At Qapline, they know this well, which is why they distribute shipments among uncrowded transits. Together, we created an app that streamlines distribution and automates processes so that Qapline services can scale. In the coming years, we plan to open the app as a marketplace for partner carriers.




Previously, we worked only in excel. This was slow and mainly error-prone. We wanted KOALA42 to create a cloud-based order management app for us.

What We Struggled With
Dozens of truck transports in one application.
Thousands of trucks plow through Europe's roads every day. In order to achieve the highest possible optimization of their load, we needed a clear view of their status, location and spare capacity.
Multilingualism of the application.
To some extent, she replaces the dispatcher, and so we had to teach her to “talk.” Or write emails. And not only in Czech. As part of acceleration, messages for drivers and dispatchers are generated automatically.
Digitization of invoices.
Breaking down the printing, scanning and signing processes saves the Qapline CEO 30 hours a month, which he can devote to business, for example.

We are at least three times faster with order processing. The new solution allows us to accept multiple orders with the same number of employees.



We freed Qapline from excel spreadsheets, which at one point stopped being enough. We have developed a desktop application with which they can easily and quickly manage all orders.
