The Slovak company WAMA provides monitoring technologies in the field of waste management and environmental solutions. The system connects cleaned garbage cans, garbage trucks and an application for mayors and citizens of municipalities. They can thus convey information about the weight of waste, the degree of separation or the dates of waste collection.
We have built a whole new web platform from the ground up. This platform uses data in combination with our and third-party resources. And for all this, we have made a superstructure in the form of a mobile application for Android and Apple.

What We Struggled With
Retrieving the correct data
The alpha and omega of the operation of the entire application was the collection of correct and complete data. On this, it was necessary to cooperate with the external supplier of this solution and carefully evaluate all the data. The success of the entire application was based on this.

In order for users to navigate the application well and feel comfortable, we have designed an intuitive environment in which it does not happen that “paper goes yellow”.
Finding common ground and understanding each other was sometimes a challenge, all the more interesting is the common result in which common ideas were imprinted.
Because we always have to be at least two steps ahead of our competitors, we looked for a company with creative young people who have a futuristic view of the problem. We opted for KOALA42 and are happy with our decision.
