Ecomtrack is a startup with its own ad measurement solution on Facebook, Google Ads and TikTok. It can accurately track data from advertising campaigns and tell you which campaigns are currently doing well or, conversely, which ones not to run anymore.

Fundamental changes have taken place in recent years as part of the protection of customer privacy. Due to updates to iOS 14, e-shops started having trouble measuring FB ad campaigns, where they could not get accurate data and it was not possible to measure campaign results accurately. iOS 14, for example, makes it impossible for Facebook to track activity on sites that a customer clicked on from Facebook. Ecomtrack can solve this problem and provide relevant data.

What We Struggled With

Gain really relevant data

For the correct measurement and evaluation of campaigns, it is necessary to guarantee that we get really accurate data that reflects the events on the e-shop. If we've really improved on anything since the beginning of the project, it's the Facebook API.

Integration in a few clicks

Ecomtrack helps the customer to save their time. That's why we wanted the integration to take place in a matter of moments and a few clicks. We have simplified the whole process of Ecomtrack integration into several “code snippets” that the user copies into the e-shop code.

User friendliness

The amount of data that has to be displayed makes it difficult to navigate. We wanted to avoid that. As part of the UX design, we tested user-friendliness and clarity so that everything is in its place and the customer knows exactly how to navigate the application.
